Caravan Industry Training believe in promoting career opportunities within the caravan industry. Employers looking for candidates to fill vacancies within their business can guarantee that candidates who have undertaken CITO awarded and approved training have been trained to standards that are set by both the National Caravan Council and British Holiday & Home Park Associations as being recognised as appropriate for the industry.

We are therefore pleased to provide a forum to introduce industry employees with employers who respect and appreciate their skills and demonstrate industry best practice by employing industry trained and skilled people.

We accept adverts from both Workshops advertising a vacant position within their business and Engineers seeking work. 

Workshops looking for staff: If you are looking for an employee with caravan industry specific qualifications you can be assured that those advertising here really posses the skills required. We will only accept advertisements from job seekers with at least one of the three key CITO approved industry qualifications (Gas Competence, Electrical Competence or City & Guilds) which will be clearly identified on their profile.  However if you are accepting applications from other candidates have you considered asking if they have an ActivePassport?  This digital service allows you to confirm on application if an engineer actually possesses the desired skills as industry specific qualifications can only be verified on an engineers ActivePassport if they have been awarded by or conform to CITO training standards. 

Engineers looking for workshops: When applying for positions have you considered using the ActivePassport?  If you do not already have an ActivePassport this digital service verifies the skills you posses.  when you have undertaken CITO awarded or approved qualifications they can be verified by ourselves as conforming to industry standards required by your potential employer.  When applying for jobs, especially on-line, you can use your ActivePassport to present an on-line CV and verification of your skills.
